The ruins of Anuradhapura are one of South Asia’s most evocative sights. After reach long way to Anuradhapura check into your hotel and relax in the evening near some lake.
Next Day, after breakfast visit Anuradhapura, which were the first capital and undoubtedly the grandest city of the ancient Sri Lanka. It is the home of two World Heritage sites. Many places of historical and archaeological interest could be visited. At Brazen Palace the 1600 stone columns you see are all that is left of a magnificent multi-storied residence for monks. Ruwanweliseya is the most famous of all the Dagobas. ‘Samadhi’ Buddha statue is one of the most famous statues, depicting the Buddha in a state of ‘Samadhi’ or deep meditation Isurumuniya rock temple (is well known for its rock carvings of ‘The Lovers’. Kuttam Pokuna – twin ponds (6th century AD) was used by the Buddhist monks as a bathing pool. Thuparama Dagoba (3rd century B.C) is the oldest Dagoba in the island, which enshrines the right collarbone of the Buddha. On Completion return to hotel.

Overnight stay at KandyAfter breakfast, we will proceed to Sri Lanka’s Hill Capital, Kandy en route visiting the Matale Spice Gardens.
Next Day, after breakfast commence a short city tour in the evening. Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings, and is a World Heritage Site. The name Kandy conjures visions of splendor and magnificence. Many of the legends, traditions and folklore are still lovingly kept alive. Drive around the Kandy Lake built by the last Sinhala king Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe in 1798. Visit the Kandy town and Bazaar, the arts & crafts center, a gem museum, a lapidary and Batik factory.
Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic and thereafter proceed to an auditorium and witness a cultural show featuring traditional Sri Lankan dancing

Overnight stay at Nuwara Eliya (Little England)After breakfast leave for Nuwara Eliya. Our way will Knuckles Mountain range. The Knuckles Mountain range takes its name from a series of recumbent folds and peaks in the west of the massif which resembles the knuckles of clenched fist when viewed from certain locations in the Kandy District. At higher elevations there is a series of isolated cloud forests, harboring a variety of flora and fauna, some of which cannot be found anywhere else in the world. Bird life abounds in this forest. Seventeen of the 23 endemic species of Sri Lanka birds are found here among the 128 species recorded so far in this area.
Also visit a Tea Factory and a Plantation to witness the manufacturing process of world famous “Ceylon Tea” and to taste a pure un-blended cup of factory fresh tea.
Also pass by eye-catching views with waterfalls. Evening city tour of Nuwara Eliya including Victoria Park, Gregory Lake and Golf Course, the 119 year old club is situated within the city limits. Established in 1891, one of Asia’s finest Golf Club.
Next Day, after the breakfast we will proceed to Horton Plains and commence walking inside the Park. Horton plains national park is undoubtedly one of the world’s best nature reserves. The park is also home to a wide variety of flora and 24 species of mammal such as elk, deer, giant squirrel, wild boar, wild hare, porcupine and leopard. For bird enthusiasts, there 87 species (14 of which are endemic), including many migratory birds. The Plains also feature many interesting attractions such as ‘Bakers Falls’, ‘Chimmini Pool’ and the famous ‘World’s End’.
