DAY 01

Overnight stay at Negombo

Ayubowan Sri Lanka! Upon arriving in Sri Lanka you will get welcome gifts and many more from WALK IN LANKA Tours. That is the starting step of our kindness hospitality. In same time you will meet chauffer guide who shall take you whole tour by air conditioned vehicle.

After that we will transfer to the Negombo. Visit the North West coastal town of Negombo with its sun-kissed beaches, watersports, catamarans and fishing villages. DAY 02 & 03

Overnight stay at Wilpattu / Anuradhpura (Free One day Sri Lankan Traditional Lunch)

Leave Negombo and transfer to Wilpattu National Park. Visit the North Western Province Natural National Park of Wilpattu. The Wilpattu National Park recently opened after a closure of over 20 years. The wilderness is pristine and remains undisturbed. Meet the camp crew and settle down at your campsite or hotel which is located at the border of the National Park. After reach long way to Wilpattu and relax in the evening.

Next Day, we will arrange Jeep Safari of Wilpattu National Park. The unique feature of the Wilpattu National Park is the existence of “Willus” (Natural lakes) – Natural, sand-rimmed water basins or depressions that fill with rainwater. Nearly sixty lakes (Willu) and tanks are found spread throughout Wilpattu. Wilpattu is among the top national parks world renowned for its Leopard population.

DAY 04

Overnight stay at Kandy

After breakfast take part in the Hiriwaduna Trek. This trek allows you to understand village life as well as experience a bullock cart ride and even a catamaran boat ride.

Thereafter proceed to Sri Lanka’s Hill Capital, Kandy en route visiting the Matale Spice Gardens.
In the evening visit the much revered Temple of the Tooth Relic of the Lord Buddha and a sightseeing tour of Kandy and enjoy and learn of its history and surroundings.

DAY 05 & 06

Overnight stay at Nuwara Eliya (Little England)

After breakfast leave for Nuwara Eliya. Our way will Knuckles Mountain range. The Knuckles Mountain range takes its name from a series of recumbent folds and peaks in the west of the massif which resembles the knuckles of clenched fist when viewed from certain locations in the Kandy District. At higher elevations there is a series of isolated cloud forests, harboring a variety of flora and fauna, some of which cannot be found anywhere else in the world. Bird life abounds in this forest. Seventeen of the 23 endemic species of Sri Lanka birds are found here among the 128 species recorded so far in this area.

Also visit a Tea Factory and a Plantation to witness the manufacturing process of world famous “Ceylon Tea” and to taste a pure un-blended cup of factory fresh tea.

Also pass by eye-catching views with waterfalls. Evening city tour of Nuwara Eliya including Victoria Park, Gregory Lake and Golf Course, the 119 year old club is situated within the city limits. Established in 1891, one of Asia’s finest Golf Club.

Next Day, after the breakfast we will proceed to Horton Plains and commence walking inside the Park. Horton plains national park is undoubtedly one of the world’s best nature reserves. The park is also home to a wide variety of flora and 24 species of mammal such as elk, deer, giant squirrel, wild boar, wild hare, porcupine and leopard. For bird enthusiasts, there 87 species (14 of which are endemic), including many migratory birds. The Plains also feature many interesting attractions such as ‘Bakers Falls’, ‘Chimmini Pool’ and the famous ‘World’s End’.

DAY 07 & 08

Overnight stay at Yala

Leave after breakfast for Yala National Park. Arrive at the campsite located inside the Yala National Park. Yala is popular for its Elephant and Leopard sightings catch a glimpse of these creatures roaming the wild.

Take an evening game drive of Yala National Park to track the Sri Lanka Leopard, Elephant, Sloth Bear and many other exciting species of wildlife.

Next day, Set off once again and enjoy morning and evening game drives at the Yala National Park. This is an ideal opportunity to observe all the animals you might have missed during the previous day, as each day is different from the other.

DAY 09 & 10

Overnight stay at Deniyaya / Sinharaja

 After breakfast proceed to a location close to the Sinharaja Rainforest (UNESCO World Heritage Site). A lowland rain forest alive with life. Bird watchers will find this to be a real treat.

Spend the evening at leisure after a strenuous drive from Yala.

Next day, after breakfast, embark on a guided walk in the Sinharaja Rainforest (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Listen to the chirping of birds and learn about the different species of birds, reptiles and amphibians found within this great Rain Forest.

DAY 11 & 12

Overnight stay at Galle / Mirissa

After breakfast and your final morning game drive, you will leave Sinharaja and journey to Galle. Arrive at your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure relaxing by the beautiful beach. Grab a drink as you sit down on the soft sand while you watch the sun set.

Next Day, Mornings take the boat from the Mirissa Fishery’s Harbor and go sea bird watching & Dolphine / Whale watching. Also we will take see wonderful collection of Dutch-colonial buildings, a town of great beauty. Classic architecture melds with a dramatic tropical setting to create a reality that is endlessly interesting.

DAY 14 + Free Colombo City Tour

End of Tour and Transfer to Airport

After breakfast enjoy free city tour of Colombo as you visit the various landmarks. Colombo is fast changing and developing to the modern city preserving the old charm to its splendor. Here visit the 100 years old clock tower, elegant historical building and many places like Pettah Bazaar, Buddhist Temple and Bandaranayaka Memorial International Conference Hall on your Colombo tour. Enjoy shopping in the colorful bazaars to take home lots of souvenirs, artifacts and Sri Lanka delights. Finally you will checkout of the hotel and transfer to the airport.
